Payment Terms

- An initial deposit (typically 30-50%) before work commences
- Remaining balance upon project completion or as per milestones
- Payment within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
Note: Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to take down any live work until full payment is received.
Warranties & Liability
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emizhi Digital shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill
- Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the service

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations before pursuing legal action.
